Common questions
How big can I print this?
A3 at 300dpi is the master file — that prints beautifully at A3 (29.7 × 42cm). It will also print clean at A4 and A5 with no quality loss. Going larger than A3 will start to show some softening, but A2 is usually still acceptable for wall art viewed from a metre or more away.
Can I print it on a mug, t-shirt, or tote?
For personal use — yes. Take the file to any local print shop or print-on-demand service. If you'd like us to make it for you on something specific — mug, tote, t-shirt, jigsaw, phone case — drop us a line at hello@duppyart.com. We quote within 24 hours.
Where is the download?
Two places. First, the order confirmation page right after checkout has a download button. Second, an email arrives with the same download link. The link stays active so you can re-download if needed — keep the email safe.
What's the license?
Personal use only. Print as many copies as you want for yourself — decorate your home, your puja room, your kitchen shrine. Gift a print to family. Do not resell the file. Do not use it for commercial purposes (anything you sell, market, or charge for).
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded — same as every other digital seller. If something is technically wrong with the file you receive, email hello@duppyart.com and we'll fix it within 24 hours.
What if I want a physical print instead?
For most countries we ship physical prints with free postage — UK, USA, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan. Visit any deity collection and you'll see the physical options alongside the digital. For India, we recommend digital + your local print shop or our Indian POD partner — see the India guide.
