Refund policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your DuppyArt piece. If something isn't right, we're here to sort it — with free returns.

14-day free return window

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Return shipping is free — we cover the cost.

The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@duppyart.com, quoting your order number and attaching photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no cost to you.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@duppyart.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 48 hours with a free return shipping label and instructions.
3. Post the item back to us in its original packaging, unused.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Non-returnable items

- Items that have been used, displayed, framed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Items returned without prior contact and return instructions
- Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as such at time of purchase
