DuppyArt pieces are made to order with care by our print partner, Gelato. We keep shipping and returns simple — because the ritual should be in the art, not the admin.

Production time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery times (from order, including production):
- ✦United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- ✦European Union: 5–10 business days
- ✦United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
- ✦Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, format, and order size. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Free 14-day returns.
No drama. If it's not right, send it back. We cover the postage.
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for any reason. Return shipping is free — we cover the cost. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@duppyart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email hello@duppyart.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 48 hours with a free return shipping label and instructions.
- Post the item back to us in its original packaging, unused.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Non-returnable items
- ✦Items that have been used, displayed, framed, or damaged by the customer
- ✦Items returned outside the 14-day window
- ✦Items returned without prior contact and return instructions
- ✦Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as such at time of purchase
